7. If some team hasn't respected rules point number 6 of the rules (walkover). Only for explanation: You can’t also proceed according to an example.
In the main squad you put two players 21 and start match (because your team has ranking team between 2499-2000 points). During the match the coach has possibility to make 5 substitutions, but he can’t change u21 and use from the reserve next u21 player. He can only use u20 players from the reserve, becasue he has had two players u21 at the begining of the match and used the point from the rules that he can use only two u21 players.

Česká republika U21, Hellas U21, Suomi U21 and Azərbaycan U21 are still playing in World Cup so Nederland U21, Scotland U21, Danmark U21, Österreich U21 win first match 3-0 (walkover) and these teams can find another team for the match.

So you got 3 points walkower 3:0 won the national team Danmark U21.
Everyone will advance to the next round that is how this tournament is created, so we will play with you after you are eliminated from the World Cup, or finally after the end of the World Cup U21.
