Thema: No reply from admins?

Good evening everyone,
I emailed the admins regarding a game related issue, 1 month ago, but I never got a response back.
And apparently, no admins/mods were appointed for the country where I am (Malta), so I was wondering... who should I contact please?

possible breach to a rule by some teams however I would like to share the infos in pvt.

Here are the admins of Italy and France:

Italy: Barros or Torquemada
France: Clarom

You can choose which administrator is the best suited, based on your personal language.
Malta has no personal administrator.
