Group F
Suomi U21 National Coach: kesis

1. First, please introduce yourself to us.
1- Hello. My first name is Jari, just like Litmanen. I am 47 yo Finnish and live also in Finland. I started soccer on April 30, 2006. I have coached the Finnish national team before, both U21 and adults. For a few seasons also the England U21 team.

2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2- I was a little lucky in terms of the group's victory, but I knew that we would make it to the World Championships. It was a fairly even battle with Moldova. Finland did not have a very high-quality team, and the player material was narrow. Fortunately, there were not many injuries.

3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?

3- A really even and tough group. Spain is the first to advance, but there is a tough battle for the second place. I think that Finland even has the weakest player material, but we will to fight to next stage.

4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4- The goal is second place in Group F.

5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5- The weakness is the poor player material. The goalkeeping situation is a disaster. Not a single goalkeeper who should be number one. Similarly, there is only one midfielder at most. Weak wingers 2 or 3.

The strengths are in the defenders (4-5 pcs) and one good attacker.

The biggest stars: Tommi Hännikäinen (ATT) , Kaarle Koppinen (DEF) and Petri Vesama (DEF)

6. Name 4 teams that you think will win medals at the U21 World Cup
6- Polska, Romania, Brasil, Spain

7. Name 3 national U21 teams that you think have a chance to be a nice surprise at the U21 World Cup
7- Italia, France, Moldova

8. The last question, which team will win the U21 World Cup

8- Polska

Kiitos haastattelusta :)

USA U21 National Coach: norbert1987 (Polska)

1. First, please introduce yourself to us.
1- As my nickname says, my name is Norbert, I was born in 1987, in Poland (Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski). I have been living in Tomaszów for a year, hence my team name. I played sokker from 2005 to 2012 and since 2016. I hope successes will come.

2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2- We took second place in qualifying. This was the result in line with my expectations. We will play in the U21 World Cup finals for the second time in a row.

3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?

3- Our group is very strong. Argentina and Colombia are teams that can fight for the final, and Azerbaijan, with an excellent coach, is the current world runner-up. I respect our opponents, but I want to play to win and advance to the knockout stage. The brain says that we will be 4th in the group, and the heart says that we will advance to the next phase.

4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4- Any place above 4th place in the group will be considered a success, and the goal is to advance to the knockout stage.

5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5- My team is balanced. We have no strengths or weaknesses. We don't have stars, we can replace everyone with another player.

6. Name 4 teams that you think will win medals at the U21 World Cup
6- Poland, Czech Republic, Brazil, Romania.

7. Name 3 national U21 teams that you think have a chance to be a nice surprise at the U21 World Cup
7- Estonia, Norway and hopefully the USA ;-)

8. The last question, which team will win the U21 World Cup
8- Poland or Czech Republic. I support both national coaches and each of them deserves a gold medal.

England U21 National Coach: Piotr2901

1. First, please introduce yourself to us.
1- My name is Piotr, and I am 50 years old. I have been living and working in England for 18 years. I started playing Sokker in 2007, and somehow I still can't let go of it, even though it no longer means as much to me as it once did. I am here because I have met many great people.

2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2- I view the World Cup qualifiers positively, except for the second match against Italy, where we were dominated by the opponent. The group was challenging, and we needed to approach each match with focus.

3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?

3- My group in the World Cup is very balanced. Anyone can win against anyone else. I think the outcome of the qualification will be decided in the last match. England definitely doesn't feel like the favorite

4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4- I would like to advance with England to the top eight teams. Anything beyond that will be a huge success.

5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5- This is not the time to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the England team. We cannot compare ourselves to the best teams. My goal is to create a surprise in every match.

6. Name 4 teams that you think will win medals at the U21 World Cup
6- For the World Cup favorites, I traditionally consider Poland and Romania. Additionally, Argentina and Brazil stand out clearly.

7. Name 3 national U21 teams that you think have a chance to be a nice surprise at the U21 World Cup
7- Looking at the World Cup qualifying results, I have a positive opinion of Cuba, Uruguay, and Moldova.

8. The last question, which team will win the U21 World Cup
8- Brazil

In conclusion, I would like to wish everyone good emotions, great fun, and success.

Thank you Piotr :)

Group G
România U21 National Coach: Caballero-Negro

1. First, please introduce yourself to us.
1- Hello, my name is Alejandro. I am 48 years old and I live in Uruguay. I have three daughters and a family that is my greatest asset. I play sokker since 2007 without interruption. I have won the Championship of the first division of my country and the Cup of my country, in addition to two U21 World Cups and other medals in World Cups, in total I have 5 medals. Although the most beautiful thing is to meet people from different countries, with different cultures.

2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2- I was expecting promotion because we had a good squad, and having won the first two games, it gave us the peace of mind of not having to make tactics thinking about risking too much to get the points urgently. That gave us the peace of mind to work the rest of the playoffs. Although we worked each game as if it were the last, the peace of mind of having a margin of error allowed us to plan calmly.
Many years ago, I lost a match against a rival that I should have beaten 5-0 and we were out of the World Cup because I got overconfident. That taught me that in sokker you have to play every game as if they were finals

3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?

3- We have been drawn in a difficult group, in Sokker and even more in the U21 teams, 4 or 5 points of performance do not say anything. I believe that games are defined tactically. Although the squad is very important, because it really is, tactics play a fundamental role in the game, and the group we have been assigned has great managers. I'm confident in the team's performance, but I can't blink.

4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4- The objective is undoubtedly to win a medal. To lead Romania and set a lower goal than that is a bit below the expectations of the Community. The success would undoubtedly be the gold medal. There are very good teams, good managers and the combination of good managers managing good teams, so this cup is going to be very difficult.

5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5- I think the strengths of the team is just teamwork on the field. If I name the stars, they will put a personal mark on it, hehe.
It is an even team, where no one stands out. I think that nowadays Romania and Poland are not the teams we used to have in our memories, that it was impossible to beat them. As for what the team lacks... I think they need a little bit of replacement and not to mention that they need to equip some skills in their players. Maybe they have too much defense and not enough speed, or the other way around, to give an example.

6. Name 4 teams that you think will win medals at the U21 World Cup
6- Rumania, Polonia, Brasil, España

7. Name 3 national U21 teams that you think have a chance to be a nice surprise at the U21 World Cup
7- Česká republika, Uruguay, Magyarország

8. The last question, which team will win the U21 World Cup
8- Rumania

Thank you for the conversation Caballero Negro, you did a lot of good for the Polish U21 team, I have respect for you and I wish you success :

Group B
Polska U21 National Coach: Krzysztof

I congratulate all the fans of Poland U21, and all the fans of other National U21 Teams.
My name is Krzysztof, I live in Poland, I am 47 years old.
I am not interested in working in my club Coco Jambo, here I gave myself complete freedom in work, in the club for the moment I do not work on results, just run my club Coco Jambo so that it does not go bankrupt, and that it exists :)
My main goal is to work with U21 youth teams, all the time I gain experience, and success is already coming :)
The first success is a bronze medal at the World Cup U21 with the Suomi U21 team :)

It's time to fight and win a medal for my country, it's a dream that I think every coach of his country has :)

The fight for promotion to the World Cup U21 we fought in group N. Of course we won the group, personally I was sure and calm that we will go to the World Cup U21, and so it happened, and it is worth noting that we did not lose any match :)
The promotion of Poland U21 was certain without any surprises.
1. Perú U21 - Polska U21 2:4
2. Kypros U21 - Polska U21 0:8
3. Polska U21 - Nigeria U21 7:0
4. Polska U21 - Canada U21 2:0
5. Kenya U21 - Polska U21 0:8
6. Polska U21 - Kenya U21 10:0
7. Canada U21 - Polska U21 0:2
8. Nigeria U21 - Polska U21 0:6
9. Polska U21 - Kypros U21 5:1
10. Polska U21 - Perú U21 2:1

This is our group at the U21 World Cup, I respect the rivals but my goal is to get out of the group and play for the title for World Cup U21

My minimum plan, it's a bronze medal at the U21 World Cup.

In my opinion, Poland U21, Romania U21, Spain U21 and Brazil U21 and Czech Republic U21 will fight for the title of World Cup U21 very seriously.

The biggest surprise of the U21 World Cup may be the Team France U21, Colombia U21 and England U21

Finally tomorrow starts a great event, starts Mundial U21, in which I wish all participants a nice fun, and success :)
The title of World Champion goes to the best :)
Good luck friends :)

Group G
Moldova U21 National Coach: Alienomo

1. First, please introduce yourself to us.

1- Hi all, I'm Fabio, I'm 45 and I'm from Como, Italy. Don't tell it to the Moldavians, because to get elected I made them believe I was an alien from outer space coming to save them.

I've been playing Sokker since 2007, almost seventeen calendar years (WOW!) and my best success was the silver medal in the U21 World Cup with Cuba (SUPERWOW!!!).

2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2- Qualifying for the U21 World Cup was easier than expected, despite the fact that on paper we were the third force in the group. Unfortunately we were overtaken in the last round by Finland on goal difference, otherwise perhaps the draw would have been more benevolent with Moldova as it actually was for the Scandinavians...

3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?

3- Romania (2nd place), Hungary (11th) and Czech Republic (13th). We are 39th. I think I've said it all.

4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4- My minimum goal is to not make a bad figure. It would be a success if we were able to play well despite our evident inferiority.

5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5- The strength of the Moldovan national team is the goalkeeper, the weakness is everything else...
:D
Jokes aside, the stars are the goalkeeper Aurelian Brumer, the defensive midfielder Ivan Cornovan and the offensive midfielder Cezar Digolean.

6. Name 4 teams that you think will win medals at the U21 World Cup
6- Romania, Poland, Cuba (go, Valdo!) and Moldova

7. Name 3 national U21 teams that you think have a chance to be a nice surprise at the U21 World Cup
7- Moldova, Cuba and Antarctica.

8. The last question, which team will win the U21 World Cup
8- Moldova, in the final against Cuba!
Thank you for the conversation.
You're welcome.
:-)

Thank You :)
