1. Tell us a few words about the match Romania U21 - Cuba U21.
It was a tough and even match where either team could win. Both teams are very good and are in good hands. Romania scored the goal and is in the final.
2. Tell us briefly about Romania U21 national team. Name some strong players of this national team.
As I said before, it is a strong national team with which we compete many times for the first place in the ranking. It will be a very demanding match in which we hope to be up to the task.
3. What is the preparation for the final match, how do you prepare, your feelings before the match?
It is a week in which we think a lot. We have to try to reduce the spaces and take away the rhythm of Romania's game. There is a lot of anxiety because it's not every day you play a world final. It is a privilege and an honor to be at this stage.
4. When organizing the tactics for the match and analyzing the opponent, do you work alone or someone helps you, if someone helps you can you write to us who it is?
I work alone. I do a lot of thinking and guessing about what the opponent might do. I watch a lot of games and then I decide how to play. Sometimes I consult a user to ask for an opinion on the match. In fact I have consulted more than one when asking for an opinion.
5. Is there a lot of interest in the U-21 World Cup and the Polish U-21 national team in your community?
Yes, a lot of interest. It's been many seasons since Poland won it and we need a joy.

Last World Cup when I was coach of Spain, DelPier0 beat me in the final, now it was my turn with Poland.
I am very happy and as time goes by the adrenaline and euphoria will go down.
I am really at 1000 revolutions per minute.
I went to bed at 3 a.m. in my country. I set an alarm to change the pitch 10 minutes before the game. In Europe it was 12 noon, but in Uruguay it was 8 in the morning.
So I had trouble falling asleep and I didn't stay awake because I had gone to bed late.
Anyway... I was happy to put a smile back on Poland's face after several World Cups.
Last World Cup when I was coach of Spain, DelPier0 beat me in the final, now it was my turn with Poland.
