1. In next year I will have anniversary, 15 years in sokker. Currently I am 31 years old and sokker is my one of favourite hobby – it took a long time for me to accept internet gaming as a hobby (to my family and friends also ;)) but now it is a pure satisfaction. Right now Im not enjoying in sport so this game is a pat of "compensation" of what im do not following nowadays.

2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
2. For me, the biggest achievement is getting into this group. I would like to remind Israel is team from 50place. if i can get one point I will be very satisfy, especially that we have: ranked – 6,13,39, so first place Brasil, second Hrvatska and for third place I will fight with
Australia (we have won with them in final of Asian Cup IV edition but couple seasons ago - its completly diffrent team)

3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
3. Poland, Brasil from my group, Romania, Espana

4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
4. Unfortunately I do not have time during this season to follow all the teams so I won't be shooting.

5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
5. Definitely arranging matches by National coaches and later playing with another team! I want to BAN that users.

6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?
6. HARD WORK, keeping in touch with all available users in country(I mean small to 50 users), following all skill of youngers and patience, but not all countries allows this, because they want to see the scores immediately

Now i play sokker just for Srbija U21 NT, my training players are all Serbian U21. This is my 14th season in 2 periods as Srbija U21 coach. 7th World Cup. Best rank with Srbija was 3rd, at WC - 1/4 final, so i want to do one step more :) We didn't have luck at previous wc's so i hope we will have it now :)

2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.
9;12;16;17 ranked national teams, so one of the strongest groups at wc. One of the favs to win wc - Czech republic, highest ranked Bosnia, always in top Suomi. I think that is even group with maybe a little bit more chance for Czech to pass and other 3 for that one place, but we will see :)

3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
Currently, one favourite for me - Polska.

4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
I think that U21 matches are bit interesring than earlier so everyone can surprise everyone. Maybe Croatia and Colombia.

5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
Small changes, nothing too important.

1- My name is Emre, I am 30 years old. I'm a mechanical engineer. I live in Ankara, the capital city of Türkiye.
This is my first season as Türkiye U21 Coach. Our friend, who managed the team last season, was not nominated this season. I was a candidate for this position because I thought I could do the Turkey U21 coaching job successfully.

2- 3 teams in our group are in the top 15 of the world rankings. This shows that our group is a very difficult group.
I think Turkey U21 is one of the favorites not only of the group but also of the tournament. Therefore, we have a high chance of finishing the group 1st.

3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.
3-Türkiye, Polska, România, Italia

4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?
4- Bulgaria and France

5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
5- When we make substitutions, we must also be able to change positions. For example, removing a defender and replacing him with a forward player.

1) Hello everyone and sorry for the delay in responding (work commitments).
Many of you already know me, because I won the WCU21 a couple of seasons ago :)

2)I think mine is one of the more difficult groups.
All teams of the same level and each has a good chance of progressing through the group.

3)Poland, France, Romania and Italy of course

4)It will be us with the Gasco/Grilli wonder striker duo :)

5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?
5)They have removed the extra training percentage for u21 and international players.
Huge mistake.
All to preserve the injured (but there are injuries in football).
I hope they put the extra trainings back

6. What advice would you like to pass on toother U21 national team selectors ?
6)We ask en masse to restore extra training sessions for U21 players.

Hello! My name is Daniel, I live in Craiova, city in south of Romania, and I have 51 years, and and I run a legal consulting company.

2. Introduce your group Introduce us to your chance in this group and the chance of all the representations in your group.

Well, I think is a balanced group. Spain have good quality of the players and a good and experienced manager, Uruguay always is a hard opponent and they always have a different football philosophy than the European one, Hayastan have the momentum of their debut at a world cup and I think they will enjoy every single match.

3. Name your top 4 favourites to win the championship.

Italia, Polska, Romania and Czech Republic. But here I want to introduce Brazil and Spain, they seem to me to be two teams that are very close to the quality of the square of the four great sokker nations.

4. Who do you think will be the biggest pleasant surprise of the tournament?

With the new game changes, I don't think there will be any major surprises in the World Cup finals.

5. What don't you like about the game, what would you change to make it better?

I'd rather say what I don't like, and here I'm strictly referring to the changes to training efficiency and the fact that the season has been shortened from 16 weeks to 14.
Recommendations? an extra week in the offseason would be very helpful to teams.

6. What advice would you like to pass on to other U21 national team selectors ?

Most managers know better what to do, I can't afford to give advice to anyone.
I wish them (as I also wish) to enjoy this game together for as long as possible.
