The World Cup is slowly coming, and we are starting right now, I will try to introduce each of you to the World Cup participants!

1. Tell us, remind us what the fight for promotion to the World Cup looked like, thanks to which your National Team is at the World Cup.
1- Romania has no emotions in qualifying for the World Cup. Unfortunately, I only went from 2nd place, but that's not a problem, I tested a lot in this qualifying season.
2. Elections are always a stressful time, did you have any doubts that you would win the election? what in your opinion decided that you became the coach of your national team, what would you like to write now to your fans?
2- I had no emotion that I would not win the election. Our community believes in me and I hope I don't disappoint them. I thank them for their trust.
3. How do you rate your group at the World Cup, write a few words about each of your opponents in your group.
3- Romania has a pretty good team, we can fight from equal to equal with anyone. The opponents in the groups are very good, I can't name who would be more difficult between Greece, Serbia and Holland, they all have good teams and will be interesting duels.
4. Please name 4 teams that will fight for gold, justify it.
4- In my opinion, the 4 favorites for the title are: Poland, Turkey, Italy and Romania. All have strong squads and experienced coaches.
5. Which national team will be the biggest sensation of the World Cup, on the plus side.
5- Surprises always happen, I think there can be a surprise at this world cup, the national team of Spain.
6. In your opinion, what in our game sokker changed for the better, and what unfortunately for the minus? How do you evaluate the work of the owners of the game? What would you advise them? What is important to change in this game, what needs to be changed quickly to make the game more enjoyable? What do you expect from > changes?

Minus: the slowing down of players' training, the decrease in skills from the age of 28 (not normal) and very important, something must be done with injuries, 30 days on a player and you can't use him almost the whole season, not normal.

1. Tell us, remind us what the fight for promotion to the World Cup looked like, thanks to which your National Team is at the World Cup.
1- There was no history in the qualifiers, but I was surprised by Cuba and congratulated their coach choke, he was the first NT coach who didn't lose with my Germany, Cuba played two very good games, they can be a black horse of the tournament.
2. Elections are always a stressful time, did you have any doubts that you would win the election? what in your opinion decided that you became the coach of your national team, what would you like to write now to your fans?
2- There were no doubts because there were not other real candidates. I'm glad that German community decided to give me a chance with their players, I hope they will be satisfied with the World Cup.
3. How do you rate your group at the World Cup, write a few words about each of your opponents in your group.
3- Very strong group where every team can go through, so there should be many emotions.
Spain is the toughest opponent on paper, so it can go every way.
For me the most important is probably game number 2 against Uruguay, because if Germany fails in that game, then it will probably mean no qualification to next round. And Uruguay managed to beat Poland, so they have to be taken seriously.
As for Osterreich we played 2 seasons ago and Germany won, but the past doesn't matter, it will be a totally different game, especially since both teams changed during those 2 seasons.
4. Please name 4 teams that will fight for gold, justify it.
4- Poland as always because it's the strongest NT.
Other than that there's no point in speculation, for example Romania is very strong, but has a terrible group because they were drawn from 3rd pot.
Except for Poland, Romania, maybe Brazil the level of NTs is very close and there are ~20 NTs capable of playing for 80 or more. And when teams playing for 80 meet then any result is possible so I don't see any favourites except for Poland.
5. Which national team will be the biggest sensation of the World Cup, on the plus side.
5- I don't know most teams, from those I have played against Serbia is definitely a strong NT with great coach, but I don't think they would be a sensation. From the less obvious choices I think Cuba can have a great World Cup.
6. In your opinion, what in our game sokker changed for the better, and what unfortunately for the minus? How do you evaluate the work of the owners of the game? What would you advise them? What is important to change in this game, what needs to be changed quickly to make the game more enjoyable? What do you expect from > changes?
6- I don't expect nothing anymore, I think that even though they had some good ideas, in most cases they messed up and their idea for sokker is not good. They are concentrating only on making playing harder and less enjoyable for many groups of users, they do nothing to improve the fun from game.
7. Name 3 game managers that you like or think are doing a good job in the game sokker :)
7- I appreciate the work of cometer and Achmid for Australian community because I feel "connected" with them, since it was my first National Team and I'm following their forum and NTs since 15+ years.
I can also praise lordchris (FC Nova) who won the Champions Cup last season and trained amazing players for German NT, great user both in results and training.
8. Name 3 Managers who you think are the best in this game :)
8- It's too broad question to answer. Some are great at making money, some are great tacticians, some are great club strategists, some are great NT coaches.
9. Who will be the World Cup
9- No idea, it's a very random tournament in a random game. I can point to 3 teams and 2 will lose in 1/8 and 1 won't go out of their group.
10. What is your goal in the current World Cup
10- To perform well and play good football. My Germany was very offensive from the start and I managed a rundown of 21 or 22 wins in a row. If the World Cup took part last season, I would aim for a medal. Now I want to get out of group and then we will see how it goes.
Unfortunately during last season many players got weaker due to age, others lost their form, many got injured. There are certain positions that I have problems with and have to work around them, but most coaches have their issues except for Poland and maybe 2-3 other NTs.

1. Tell us, remind us what it was like fighting for qualification for the World Cup, thanks to which your team is in the World Cup.
1- The qualifiers for Brazil weren't the easiest, we qualified in second place, one point ahead of Bolivia.
2. Elections are always a stressful time. Did you have any doubts that you would win the election? What, in your opinion, decided that you would become the coach of your national team?
2- I've reshuffled my entire team and I'm going to have some downtime at Sokker, so I've decided to enter the race for the head coach of my country's national team.
My opponent in the election is an experienced coach and had already been in charge for three seasons.
I believe that the Brazilian community saw potential in me and decided (with almost twice as many votes as the former coach) that I could continue with the NT at the World Cup.
I hope I can give them back all their faith in me.
3. How do you rate your team at the World Cup? Write a few words about each of the opponents in your group.
3- Most of the teams coming into the World Cup have good potential. So I can't imagine an easy life for anyone.
Brazil's group is well balanced, with Colombia (first place in Brazil's qualifying group), Magyarország and Chile. They are all good teams with a
good potential.
Name four teams that will be fighting for gold and give your reasons.
I'd say Polska, who always come in as favorites, Hrvatska, the defending champions, maybe Türkiye, and hopefully Brazil. :)
Name 3 game managers you like or think are doing a good job in the sokker game :)
I really like the work of rbazarella, gordo. and vingador_ht.
They're experienced coaches and it's always hard to beat them.
Who will win the World Cup?
I hope Brazil!
What is your goal in the current World Cup?
The main goal is to be in the final and win the championship, that's the focus.
But reaching the semi-final is something to be proud of too.

1- It was very hard. We lost first match and after that i make big mistake in tactics against Israel and we lost and second match. After that we take other 8 matches and we qualify for WC.

Hello my friend! Here’s some answers:
1. Tell us, remind us what the fight for promotion to the World Cup looked like, thanks to which your National Team is at the World Cup.
1- We had rather strong qualificatiers, started off with five straight wins. Lost to Portugal despite dominating the game but had nice wins again against the lower pot teams so we had secured the place in World Cup after 8 rounds. Lost to Slovakia in the last game where both of us had no stake as we had secured the 1st place and they the 2nd place.
2. Elections are always a stressful time, did you have any doubts that you would win the election? what in your opinion decided that you became the coach of your national team, what would you like to write now to your fans?
2- The biggest problem for me was to notice that the elections were on. Thanks to you, I remembered to set myself as a candidate.. :D Obviously I wanted to continue as these stints always are two seasons, first the appetizers and then the main course on the second season. Hopefully it will be a long and delicious dinner this time! To my fans I’d like to quote the greatest philosopher in Finland ever: “Leave me alone, I know what I’m doing!”
3. How do you rate your group at the World Cup, write a few words about each of your opponents in your group.
3- It’s a strong group, once again I’m playing against only European teams. Poland is obviously the biggest favourite of the group, they can field 11 players with value over 3 million euros. We are at least 500k below in average value which is a light year in terms of quality. England and Denmark are both small nations like we are. England had strong qualifiers with no losses. Denmark is a lot stronger than their ranking would indicate and they secured the spot in the bright lights ahead of Eesti. Will be very interesting!
4. Please name 4 teams that will fight for gold, justify it.
4- Polska, best material. Romania, second best material. Argentina has been impressive lately and have a chance for a medal for sure. 4th candidate is Germany who also have insanely strong squad and their coach has a license to kill. All the reasonable conversation in the forum, to be exact. ;)
5. Which national team will be the biggest sensation of the World Cup, on the plus side.
5- Hopefully Finland. Even though we have gotten many medals, winning one now would be a sensation. And that is my aim.

What is important to change in this game, what needs to be changed quickly to make the game more enjoyable? What do you expect from > changes?
6- I like the new training system a lot. Shorter season and more games.. I don’t know. I kind of liked the old slow paced system but I get the point in that change. Coaches retiring has arisen a lot of debate but I guess it was about the time, my youngest one was 91yo and the oldest were above 110yo, R.I.P. for those dudes. I think I forgot some of the changes, it’s too early in the morning and I’ve only had one cup of coffee..
Biggest problem is the lack of communication. Also prioritization is not optimal in my opinion. Youth system should be changed, too old players coming in with too low levels and too many weeks. And high level youths shouldn’t come with tragic pace, it’s mental. Injuries is a big debate and in my opinion they are still too frequent and too long. But the most critical point when concerning national teams of especially small nations like us is to adjust the youth system to the shorter seasons and to make it to some extent more equal, as it’s nowadays based on purely luck.
7. Name 3 game managers that you like or think are doing a good job in the game sokker :)
7- I like managers who put a lot of time and effort for the community. In global NT-level it means yourself due to these topics during World Cups and sviktorov for organizing all the extra competitions on behalf of the developers. I salute you both! From Finnish community I’d like to show my gratitude to westbrom, he has been keeping statistics on several things for years and years and they are always a joy to read. Thanks to all the above mentioned and thanks to everybody who spend their time to make this a bit more enjoyable for the others!
8. Name 3 Managers who you think are the best in this game :)
8- I don’t follow CCC as I’m too shit to participate in it and I don’t remember the NT coaches who have won something (apart from trga cause he won’t allow us to forger that he is the supreme spammer), so it’s hard for me to set a rank. Thus I say the “Finnish” legends; westbrom (U21 champion), Tolis 6520 and Vikingo67 (World Champions) and Korppi who is the oldest and crumpiest manager in Suomi community.
9. Who will be the World Cup
9- I will be the World Cup!
10. What is your goal in the current World Cup
10- First to be top two in our group and then at least two wins after that.

Thanks to you, I remembered to set myself as a candidate.. :D Obviously I wanted to continue as these stints always are two seasons, first the appetizers and then the main course on the second season. Hopefully it will be a long and delicious dinner this time! To my fans I’d like to quote the greatest philosopher in Finland ever: “Leave me alone, I know what I’m doing!”
3. How do you rate your group at the World Cup, write a few words about each of your opponents in your group.
3- It’s a strong group, once again I’m playing against only European teams. Poland is obviously the biggest favourite of the group, they can field 11 players with value over 3 million euros. We are at least 500k below in average value which is a light year in terms of quality. England and Denmark are both small nations like we are. England had strong qualifiers with no losses. Denmark is a lot stronger than their ranking would indicate and they secured the spot in the bright lights ahead of Eesti. Will be very interesting!
4. Please name 4 teams that will fight for gold, justify it.
4- Polska, best material. Romania, second best material. Argentina has been impressive lately and have a chance for a medal for sure. 4th candidate is Germany who also have insanely strong squad and their coach has a license to kill. All the reasonable conversation in the forum, to be exact. ;)
5. Which national team will be the biggest sensation of the World Cup, on the plus side.
5- Hopefully Finland. Even though we have gotten many medals, winning one now would be a sensation. And that is my aim.
6. In your opinion, what in our game sokker changed for the better, and what unfortunately for the minus? How do you evaluate the work of the owners of the game? What would you advise them? What is important to change in this game, what needs to be changed quickly to make the game more enjoyable? What do you expect from > changes?
6- I like the new training system a lot. Shorter season and more games.. I don’t know. I kind of liked the old slow paced system but I get the point in that change. Coaches retiring has arisen a lot of debate but I guess it was about the time, my youngest one was 91yo and the oldest were above 110yo, R.I.P. for those dudes. I think I forgot some of the changes, it’s too early in the morning and I’ve only had one cup of coffee..
Biggest problem is the lack of communication. Also prioritization is not optimal in my opinion. Youth system should be changed, too old players coming in with too low levels and too many weeks. And high level youths shouldn’t come with tragic pace, it’s mental. Injuries is a big debate and in my opinion they are still too frequent and too long. But the most critical point when concerning national teams of especially small nations like us is to adjust the youth system to the shorter seasons and to make it to some extent more equal, as it’s nowadays based on purely luck.
7. Name 3 game managers that you like or think are doing a good job in the game sokker :)
7- I like managers who put a lot of time and effort for the community. In global NT-level it means yourself due to these topics during World Cups and sviktorov for organizing all the extra competitions on behalf of the developers. I salute you both! From Finnish community I’d like to show my gratitude to westbrom, he has been keeping statistics on several things for years and years and they are always a joy to read. Thanks to all the above mentioned and thanks to everybody who spend their time to make this a bit more enjoyable for the others!

8- I don’t follow CCC as I’m too shit to participate in it and I don’t remember the NT coaches who have won something (apart from trga cause he won’t allow us to forger that he is the supreme spammer), so it’s hard for me to set a rank. Thus I say the “Finnish” legends; westbrom (U21 champion), Tolis 6520 and Vikingo67 (World Champions) and Korppi who is the oldest and crumpiest manager in Suomi community.

10. What is your goal in the current World Cup
10- First to be top two in our group and then at least two wins after that.
