I'm always playing friendlies at home, never paid anything for pitch maintenance and never had any problems with pitch condition.
Played last league and last friendly at my stadium, still 83% condition.

pitch condition 100% ??
But what does this "??" mean? Sometimes it says "weak" and sometimes "??"..

No idea what that "??" is for. Just ignore it, the xx% is the meaningful value there.
I tracked that some time ago. It's something like:
85-100%: ??
70-85%: weak
55-70%: poor
40-55%: unsatisfactory
25-40%: poor
0-25: weak
Totally useless

Oh okay, so it's correlated with the percentage.. I paid couple times for the maintenance, but I won't anymore lol

About pitch condition. Angel grass is top pitch, but it still needs maintenance?

Usually, it doesn't, but in disadvantageous circumstances (bad weather + friendlies at home + junior matches randomized also as at home + series of 2-3 league matches at home), it might need, so it is better to look there from time to time.
EDIT: not that one would need to buy pitch maintenance, but just to schedule friendly matches as away ones

Guys, I've read some stuff about training and some guides. They all say that you should not train stamina since it trains "by itself". Well since I created an account in february I've had only 1 (maybe 2) pop ups in stamina in my team and considering that I decided to train some youngsters with 0 stamina, it does not seem optimistic. According to rules of the game you should train stamina from time to time because it slowly decreases if you don't. So are those guides out of date? Should I train stamina or nah?

You shouldn't train stamina. It does train by itself unless your head coach is very low in stamina. One level every 6-8 weeks with passive training.

Is risk for injury higher only when the condition goes below 51%? Or is it proportional to the pitch's condition?

no idea how it is in detail, that was just comment regarding old rules entry:
The probability of injury will be higher on a pitch with poor condition and lower on a pitch with better condition (condition higher than 50%).
and basing on that, I would say it's constant higher value for 0-50% pitch condition and "normal" value for 51-100%

This is why Cup matches MUST be played in the best stadium!!!!
First rounds you usually play against bot teams and this teams have a really crappy pitch.
