I think it's ok. The point is that tactical discipline = (teamwork + experience) / 2 and teamwork rises very fast, but experience rises slowly and that gk has max teamwork. The weird thing is that his experience is rather low considering his number of official matches played (I wonder how many minutes is in that 129 matches, though).

If he doesn't take part in game (low % in def/off) then experience will not rise.

Is there a (daily) regular fluctuation of pitch conditions - even without playing arcarde games?

Otherwise, that must be en effect from arcade match. And that would be in contrast to the logic of arcade matches being played independently from the regular sk game, i. e. every effect from arc match (e. g. injuries, red cards, etc.) deleted afterwards.

why is nobody expected to win the league?

I believe expectations are based on the individual team, but supposedly, the order they are in is relevant. So you supposedly can see it like this:
