I dont know which topic I have to use for my question, but I was very suprised about 1 of my trainees today.
I have a screen with youth talent of 3.14 for a player and now he did not pop after 1 training and 4 gt in tech. First pop after youth school from poor (3) to weak (4) tech...so the youth talent is not correct right?

If you have a screenshot with 3.14 talent then why do you write "Talent 3.0 in youth!" in transfer ad? :p

Did remove tranfer ad, you are right, it is 3.14 ;)
It is 3 GT instead of 4 GT.
But 1 training and 3 GT at this age cant be talent 3.14 in my opinion.
But maybe I am wrong.

According to my training model - if he started with the lowest possible tech value [3.06] after youth school then after the training he got, at talent 3.14, his tech value should be at about [3.98]. So it is possible. It's not really a full 1+3gt, these 85% trainings make it comparable to 1+2gt at usual 96%.
Not saying that he has this talent, it's likely that it's a bit worse. Just a small skill change from 10 to 9 in last week youth school changes his talent estimation to 3.50.
But this lack of pop in tech alone doesn't prove worse talent.
