Ok. But it's still just a guess as you don't know his exact entry level and what his real level was the following weeks. So it will be just an estimation to an estimation.
Depends on skill distribution and amount of subskill.
Low magical/ high brilliant would be my guess.
Ed. This list is just estimation. Not 100% factual. E.g. there were juniors that came out of YS with 24 or 25 sumskill after 2 weeks. So certainly couldn't be solid.

I think someone told me it's just divisible by 3, so Solid would be 24-26, Excellent 30-32 etc

sure? I thought that good + subskill is possible as schol entry level

7,20 is max entry level.
So if you calculate 0,33 per week as max. possible growth then it is 7,86 level after 2 weeks.

I recall someone telling youth players max possible level at the start to be around 7.4, so theoretically after 2 weeks becoming solid should be possible...
Dunno if it's a fact or just storytelling, but I recall it being said.

I've trained a loooooot of fresh juniors, I almost can tell everytime a player will pop in 2, 3, 4 skills with few general training...
Example:
Imagine one magical [15] junior that played lot of junior matches and was trained by a magical/unearthly coach. With this infos we know that his level is accurate.
If this player came out with 46 total skillsum, he'll pop very soon in 2~4 skills:
(3.33*15= 49.95) and (49.95 - 46 = 3.95)
Unfortunately (If you don't like surprises) we can only see integer numbers, I know I'm saying the obvious :p.
Player's value is very usefull for this annalysis, unfortunately I make this annalysis in a inductive way, from now I'll collect and arrange data from some players I bought last few weeks.

These 3.95 "extra points" can be distributed in 6 skills, in this case "value" plays a big role.
If this player came out with 46 total skillsum, he'll pop very soon in 2~4 skills:
A player with 4 x 10 and 2 2 2 0
will have a total different endlevel and subskill than a player with
7 x 6 and 1 x 4
First one will be probably magical if subskill is +/- OK, second one will be maybe incredible. It's very important not to count just the skillsum of a junior but also the "quality" of the points. If you will do the research based on just total skillsum the results gained will be useless.

For me it is logic, that stamina should have a higher value when calculating the skillsum - approx. 1.6.
Why? Just because every skill is coded in decimals (=100%). But for stamina it is devided in 11 skills, for the others it is 18 skills.
Another indication: max. stamina for youths is 7 out of 11/12, whereas for the others it is 10/11 out of 18. So, it seems that the youths could obtain up to ~60% of as skill (= good stamina or excellent in any other skill).

Actually max stamina is 12.00 (but still displayed as formidable). So 1.5 multiplier should be used.

Yup, skills in sokker database are written in 0-100 scale, and 60 is max for fresh youth, which makes it max 10.80 for regular skills and max 7.20 for stamina.
Also fresh youth skill values are always integers in that 0-100 scale, so possible skill values for fresh youths are multiples of 0.18 (and multiples of 0.12 in stamina case).

Maximum starting for level for youths is 7.2 I'm told. Is this correct?
Have any youths ever been pulled with 60 sumskill?
