I also think that 0 pace when exiting after at least 6-8 weeks in YS is not an option.

And also like borkos007 said, "pace is in vast part something you're born with" so never 0...

I am referring specifically to training.
What is the most important thing in a youth school?
Yes, the training.
Currently with this system we do not train players.

Training points are simply accumulated to be randomly distributed upon exit.
Wouldn't it be better if the skill distribution was done first?
And then at school they will train week after week, like the main team does.

not true, player is created the moment he joins the youth school, you can see how he plays in youth league... so the distribution is done at that point, it already works how you propose

further proof is that years ago there were some server issues and sometimes one youth was drafted two times instead of one and he had the same skills in both cases

Is this is a bug or common thing that player who is injured sometimes need more days that it says to get back in action, even if he is lightly injured?

Junior school weeks not reducing? I have a junior who should come out next week but somehow he stays extra week in school because his number of weeks got reduced from 3 to 2, after 2 weeks?

older players need more times to heal, younger players (u21) need less time to heal

impossible

juniors trains (they "lose" weeks) on Thursdays, not Saturdays
your junior who has now 2 weeks to exit will have 1 week left on Thursday, 3rd October and will be ready to sign a contract on Thursday 10th October

@kryminator
Thx for explaining and what are risks of playing lightly injured player in match, is there % of chance getting him injured again?

So I don't understand it.
Perhaps you can explain to me how a young man with more than 15 weeks in youth school (promoted in Brilliant-14 and with a level 16 coach) has not been pop to level 1 in pace.
How did he "train"?
2024-09-28 17:46:45
no one except creators knows how they "train", but for example the "training points" might be allocated randomly in skills weekly and in such case if junior is unlucky multiple time, he can end up with very low pace

So maybe the player enters with a number of points that increase week by week from "training", and are randomly distributed at exit from the YS.

I think they should be randomly distributed when entering the school, and trained until the exit...

If the youth system is to be anything but a joke, managers need to be able to see skills.
2024-09-28 19:31:05
They ARE already distributed when players enter the youth school, they are used in the games of youth league with those skills.

@Camus
What's the point? It wouldn't change anything, except you would sack some of them earlier. There's a need for much bigger changes than that.
2024-09-28 20:56:42
I thought the point was clear. It's absolutely stupid playing youth games when you can't even see your own players.
