I also think that 0 pace when exiting after at least 6-8 weeks in YS is not an option.

And also like borkos007 said, "pace is in vast part something you're born with" so never 0...

What is the most important thing in a youth school?
Yes, the training.
Currently with this system we do not train players.

Training points are simply accumulated to be randomly distributed upon exit.
Wouldn't it be better if the skill distribution was done first?
And then at school they will train week after week, like the main team does.
