Actually you can. When you aren't bold in making changes you end up with this game in it's current state, where nothing has changed in 10 years.

I have a 29yo player who had 9 full AT in my team (at age 28) and 1 last Thursday (age 29) and also few GTs. I don't know if he had anything in his previous team. Still, he hasn't popped technique on 14.. Is that normal?
