Problem is People expect too many youths a season.... 15-20 squad rooster of one each age from 16 to 35 equals we only need around 1 usable per season

I was sayin' outside "happy hours" (aka 5pm+, and usually at we)
Exactly? When i check the market outside "happy hours" its not rare to find not even one descent skilled players. I was not the case few seasons ago.
Off course, less users, less transactions.... it's not mainly relate to YS. But in the end, If the YS would spread so much top and good players why the offer/demand still producing higher prices and an empty market many hours a day ?

I was just thinking back to the World cup,
Would it be possible having WC every season with 1 round qualifications and following the final tournament…?
That’s 5 weeks for the qualifications + up to 7 weeks main tournament = 12 weeks.

I havent had a good junior for about 4 seasons maybe 5 now which sucks.
Depends on what you find usable...
And now will slowly drop the number of those "usable" players because now we will see shorter season results.

Perhaps you should try buying players during these so-called “happy hours” then....
There's always a time of day/week when there are more players for sale.
Or are you telling us that you wake up at night looking for players to buy?
Are you trying to put together a complete Australian team?

I usually use the so-called “happy hours” it was not my point.
I'm on my way to you. I've had one usable youth trainee in the 3.5 seasons I've had a school. Only because he was mid 16 at pull. On market he wouldn't have gotten me much. Barely below 4.0 talent.

5 seasons and looking at my current juniors, it will be at least 3 seasons more.
I have been lucky with the junior school, probably having 2-3 good juniors each season. Annoyingly for most, in sokker, the junior school is a lottery ticket
No, the opposite, because managers would have more space to train players but still have the same amount of players we have today. So less selling and more elevated prices. You want to increase the number of players, not the number of training places.
How can you think that having more players on training and more investment would make lest selling.

He is right. People are selling their youth less because they don't have to do it - they can train GKs, DEFs, MIDs, ATTs every week in different skills. Before they had to sell because they trained for example ATTs in striker and got a MID or DEF in youth school.
Same principle applies to number of training spots. You have 10 spots, you have 10 trainees, you get a new good one from youth school - either you sell him or you keep him and sell one of the previous 10. If you have 11, you can keep one more.
Having more training places would in NO WAY create more players on the market. It would only create a bigger demand and thus higher prices.

I feel proportion of missed penalties is too high. I wonder if adding a skill for penalties would be a good idea.
Missed shots in penalty area (not only penalties) is also very high :-)
