Thema: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!
We are already working on the announcement. At the same time, I will answer questions here after the post is published.
Goal scoring probability:
Low Finisher Skill + long range shoot = 0.25
Header from outside the box = 0.32
High Finisher Skill + 1v1 situation = 0.09
Open goal = 0.15
Penalty kick = 0.2

ok, but why is it so that all changes are about working against players in stead of working for progress in the game
Far more important: Injuries are to long, and ok a difficult one: the ME is'nt fine-tuned enough
But no it seams to be more important to make it harder on managers in this game.
Just take away age of trainers. It's a game you know... A game you're supposed to like playing...

That's what I tried to tell one of the owners year ago, almost all the changes are negative.
Any change, even if it appears to be against the players, is generally intended to have a positive effect on the game as a whole.
What I don't know is why some of the things already introduced had a higher priority than other aspects. Sometimes the difficulty of implementation may have been the deciding factor.
Some time ago, the organisation of the work changed a bit and I hope you will see the effects of this more and more.
Personally, I am also putting pressure to deal with the topics that the community mentions most often on the forum.
Good work likes silence, so there will be no bragging here about the plans themselves. We will only upload information when something is certain.

Devs have totally different priorities. And different vision. Make the game harder in general is one of those visions...but the result is always the same. Beginning managers have the most problems with those adjustments and are more likely to quit and older managers only get frustrated. Here's to a game full of neglected potential!
First of all, devs should not be confused with owners.
And as I mentioned above, there have been some positive changes in terms of communication and the functioning of the management process itself.
No one is forgetting about the new users. Work is quite advanced on the introduction of an official, embedded tutorial for new users in the press room.

Plz don't try to promote bad decisions.
Devs, owners, ... francly I don not care. All I care about is a fun game.
But taking away the fun slice by slice. Is like the owners, Devs don't care about it.
Hey so what ... go ahead, kill the game a little bit more.. see where it ends.

Nobody intends to kill the game.
But you have already formed an opinion on the subject.
I just hope you will be surprised in the future.

I think we still have to applaud for the people who are trying to improve the game. They are working on it and maybe some things should have been dealt with before, but I like the effort some people put in to it. On the end, everyone who posts here likes the game and is scared for it to go away.
Offcourse there are some changes that are a bit unneeded, but again that's the strategy of the people who are working on it. There were for example some changes to harm the teams who have 100M or 200M on their accounts. They are not bothered with transfertaxes, because they mostly train their players for around 2 seasons or a bit less. The changes in mood of the supporters doesn't affect them too because in those teams the mood is tragic anyway and they are playing in the lowest leagues. In the end that means that it hurts other teams, teams that are training 3 young players to buy a new striker with that profit and have lesser results of that. That means less sponsorincome, lesser mood, for them... So an extra difficulty for the teams who want to perform.
I gathered some millions and some nice trainees. The trainees to train them to form a big part of my A-team in the future. The money I collected in the first phase is needed to buy the players in A-team I don't train. 2 great strikers for example. Now, when I'm training my other players in the waiting period, I'm punished because I have gathered that money and they want to motivate me to spend it because I have to win the championship. What do I have to do? Play with 3x divine strikers together with my 18y old trainees? Again an example of the new rules harming other teams than wanted.
When I guide a new user to the rules I see again how difficult the game has become too. So I think that's a big priority for the staff. Some sort of tutorial (and it seems they are working on it). Fine! On the other hand I think it's needed not to complicate the game further on with difficult changes on youthschool for example. It's good for the existing users, but I feel it will complicate the game further for the new managers.

I would like to see formation training removed, it's really difficult to explain that 100% of formation training is only 30% of advanced training. Devs wanted to keep that extra training that we had in old training, for training skill in no-training positions. But for me it was an unlucky decision. Just remove formation training and as compensation make skills downs happen later, or slower, or give us a bit more general training over all skills...

and yes, greg had said sometimes that fan mood is a quite unimportant feature and you shouldn't have to look at if often. Now this has changed, as Raul used it to influence the finance system. So it has become complicated, and it has been moved too much in the spotlight.
