I know I play longer but you can see the difference, and where are you making biggest mistake (long term)! If you rid of all old players you can easily make it trough! Wins are influencing your income just a tiny bit, making it better only for few thousand pro season! If you win the league you get around only one-two weekly income!

Training 20 players in YS if you can't afford at least 14 trainer, makes no sense! Try to keep only 16y with few weeks, rest just blow your money away!

It's not a question of politeness, but of simply being able to understand each other in an international forum, We need a lingua franca for this, and english is - objectively - the closest we have to a global language.
The game only allows you to train 10 players in advanced, if from player 11 they are 36 years old or 27, Oor 18 what is the difference? From what I read of this new system training, theres no sense having young players in formation training
Not as a starting out side it’s not. You can get by perfectly fine at the start with anywhere from formidable or better for a youth coach. The question is probably more around should you even have a youth squad initially. In any case it’s not that much more expensive to go from formidable to incredible youth coach which is probably the target. Brilliant better than incredible but it’s not the bare minimum. I can rattle off several juniors I’ve produced with incredible or worse youth coach so brilliant can’t be bare minimum.
