Again :/ I will explain it:

Sokker has a security mechanism that blocks the IP of the server every time that a user fails his login several times. Since the IP is shared by all the users, one single user can block the whole app...

I can block the user before Sokker blocks the server, but if more than one users fail... I cannot do anything. I don't know what to do to solve this :/

one solution is to not require two independent logins - ask users to login to your site via SK credentials, and people will not mix the two passwords they can have set now

That could help a little, but anyways it's about 5 tries for more than 300 users trying to log in every Thursday... I would need Sokker to give the server more tries :P

I see the only way for sokker admins to add rule for your specific IP to skip this security mechanism.

Yes, but this will let open possibility to abuse SokkerAssistente channel to brute force password.
The solution will be, yes, a special treatment for SokkerAssistente IP: on fail not to block the whole IP, but the [IP and username] combination on attempt to login.

its sokker shit they added something to block ip after some wrong attempts to log in ... since lots of users log on the app chances of that happening are high....
security point of view make sense but is stupid :(
