Do you use any special character in your Sokker password? There is an issue with some characters, for example, "ñ" or "á" don't work, however changing the "ñ" to an "n" or the "á" to an "a" will work. I'm not sure of the reason

yeh you need to report the ip of your server especially if multiple users log from there
