If he's close to a pop in every skill you need to become divine, it might be possible, but I recon 4x divine will be an impossible job.
Training for +25 on high skills is really really slow...
It's max 1 pop each season, so end 28 = 4 pops. Let's say 5, then he's still only 3x divine + 15 in another skill

This is my first generation midfielders, I trained defenders mostly, I haven't experience wit this.
I have level 16 secondary coaches. Last pop ups:

Pace:6 weeks
Technique:5 weeks
Playmaking: 4 weeks
Passing: 1week (it was a random)

Training in him now:
+3 technique
+3 pace
+1 passing

He's not going to make it...
In previous system with 16 days seasons...sure.
Now... nope.
He'll need at least a 2 full seasons to up 2 skills in pace alone.

Agreed....shorter season and slower training will make it impossible...
I have one that's 3 points better and a year older and I'm aware that he will not make it to 4xdivine....2xdivine and 2x16 at most...
