I don't understand what you mean by tactics of end of match.
If I understood him correctly additional tactic hasn't been activated because that one and basic tactic were identical - the same one.
But I'm wondering how the triggers for additional tactic has been set because that part "30 min if loosing 2+ goals ..." is a bit confusing.

I am really unhappy for this match engine. The referee gave 5 penalties for the enemy in this WCQ. I know Senegal not too much chance for win against harder opponents, but our two match against Lietuva were a joke. Today's match, when a level 18 goalkeeper with high form can't save a long pass, what the enemy defensive midfielder wanted to gave, and it wasn't a directly shot it is a big joke. Opponent got a penalty again. We missed some great chances...
Our striker faulted in the penalty area and got only a free kick, not a penalty.
The developers main project needed to be the match engine correction...
On ech to match we could steal point or get a win on one match against Lietuva as a weaker team....

One of the biggest surprises in this WCQ season is al-Saudie results. Big chance for advancing as a team from last pot!
to be honest 72 rating it is not so bad rating
the fact they are (78. place) in the world is the problem but Cinek doing very good job there with this material vs stronger teams and he deserved to promote
you can see Israel that Im coaching with similar rating , but we are popped up from 45 to 31 now and won Venezuela (3-1) and Česká republika (4-0) which they are much stronger and we still have a chance to promote to the WC with rating 70-73 +- also
