it's over 160 000 000 zł from one admin to another, something stinks and with this strange result situation is clear, and surely not fair-play

That didn't make much sense. What are you trying to say?

He is saying that the Chelmeks did not expect their opponent to play fair today (some sort of pun i presume), and that justice was served.

Ah, I understand. And I guess FC Chełmek's loss is indeed some kind of justice.

And it looks like that i just what is happening.

Unfortunately. ;( the worst thing is that they give a bad example and many are going to do the same. Admins, Mods, Linguists, Promoters, should give a good example. But after seeing what admins do, thinking that they are the clever ones and the rest of us are the stupid ones, then what do they expect? I on my side am very disappointed and this is a reminder why i dont pay anymore for PLUS.
