There is no mention of the concept of "talent". I think it's a big miss because it is very important for training/coach (step3)

The part of talent is mentioned a bit in Tutorial 2: Getting more advanced with Sokker, but maybe I can add a small text to this first tutorial to explain a bit about talent, but I don't know yet how to do. Problem is this tutorial should not become to long so new managers won't read it anymore.

I will think about what I could add about talent.
