Dear Colleagues :) I play in HT , but came here just now :) some things look similar, some differ. In HT i don`t advice waste time for stamina and general trainings. And start working with young players from the very first day. Do you advice me to train stamina at first(because it is very low for some players) or start training main skils (like defence) ?
oscarwerner, I advice you to read this:

stamina training is just a waste of time plus they plan to get rid of stamina skill and substitute it into the energy bar in the near future
it is pretty much the same overall manager games. The best approach for beginners is to focus on training young players. In Sokker you focus on training well-rounded players instead of training just the main skills

In HT we train players for money. We train some midfielders or defenders for sell and some for ourselves. I guess it must work here as well . :)
I understand training in such a way. I buy 10 young midfielders. Play 352 two times a week. League game and friendlies. And put all 10 midfielders into advanced training. All those 10 will progress. Other positions can be taken with old cheap players. I`m correct :) ?
Yep, one of the best ways to start this game. Many newbies try to go for results asap. But patience is a virtue
I see we play 2 league games in a week. wow. Must i play my first team in both league games ? And replacement trained youngsters put only into a friendly game ?
90minutes in a friendly match gives a player 85% of advanced training
90minutes in friendly + 30 minutes in league match gives a player 96% of advanced training
I recommend buying 10 young training players (16-19yrs), let all of them play in 90minutes friendly and 5 of them play 90minutes in one league match and another 5 play 90 minutes in the second match. For the remaining 6 positions I would buy cheap old 30y+ players who have well-rounded skills and affordable wage

Player needs 90 minues friendly + 22 minutes in league to be exact.
>> Here << you can calculate how many minutes player needs to get effectiveness you want.

I bought 10 young cheap midfielders :) Put all of them to advanced training. Think 5 will play 1 league game, other 5-another league game and all of them will play in a friendly game. Making 5 replacements after 1 half.
i have nearly forgotten. I have only 1 coach. With a magical playmaking skill. I need at least 2 asistants. So, i must by just 2 cheap coaches with the best playmaking skills and put them as asistants ?
1 league game is enough to get decent 96℅ eff. No need to risk injury playing additional minutes in friendly match.
