why the group draw was made today? in rules it is said that it should be made in saturday...

The draw for U21 world cup is always made on friday, the other three are on saturday.

saturday week 0: U21 qualifiers
saturday week 1: senior world cup

or

saturday week 0: senior qualifiers
friday week 0: U21 world cup

Here are the groups and the current rankings of the teams in each group:

Group A: France (14th), Turkey (6th), Czech Republic (8th), Switzerland (15th)

Group B: Romania (2nd), Bosnia and Herzegovina (16th), Italia (4th), Russia (40th)

Group C: Belgium (13th), Finland (10th), Australia (29th), Moldova (36th)

Group D: Spain (9th), Peru (30th), Uruguay (26th), Latvia (48th)

Group E: Hungary (11th), Germany (3th), USA (38th), Netherlands (20th)

Group F: Poland (1st), Brazil (18th), Azerbaijan (25th), Montenegro (51th)

Group G: Lithuania (21st), Serbia (17th), Greece (24th), Cuba (35th)

Group H: Bulgaria (7th), Estonia (19th), Argentina (5th), Croatia (12th)

Groups A and H seem really tough. For me it was an "ok" draw, allthough my team is far more worse than it was last season..

Phuuuu, not so much luck for Switzerland :)
But everything is possible in this Group.

Group H is terrible, all teams are from top20 rankings...but even Groups A and E seems to be strongs.

After finishing as first in qualifiers I was expecting a better gruop :(

Estonia is pretty much screwed too, if the rankings aren't lying much. :)

in group A every team is top15.... ;p

And perhaps at the beginning of the WC all teams are top10. Would be possible.

Much work to gain positions in the ranking and stay in Pot 2 ... And after the draw, the bad luck to face England :(
