We need new coach next season... even weak Langhe or borkos would do better then current......

Seriosly.... places def mid with unearthly def on high wing... places wing with solid def on def mid position.... Behmen is biggest noob getting a hold of serious NT´s..... keep playing wings with no def as center/def mids, even though we have def mids with 15,5 avg on 5 mid skills or better in form he doesnt use...

If you want to see a noob in charge of a National Team then check out Scotland.

User piddaa plays the default "attack" tactic in every game, he's kicked out half of our NT squad including our best striker, he's not picking the best players from the ones that are in the squad (our two best mids are not even on the bench) & now he's logging in about once a week & clearly not looking at the NT. He played two injured players against Romania (including our keeper!) & he left a player in today who was suspended. It appears that he hasn't got a clue what he is doing.

ps - We don't want langhe or borkos. Especially borkos. :)

That user appair to be a 2013 registered one...serious now, after a year and half on game you wait from him to be expert in tactics? :D
It was better to choose a foreign one, than an almost newbie to lead your NT.
PS:Same problem and solution for Danmark: next time vote older reg.users(before 2010) if you don't likes tactical/players position mistakes at your NT-s.
Newbies need help to remain in game, not critics.

I do not agree. Look at Scotland. Their U21 is also trained by newbie (registered 2014), but he is active and has quite good resuts.

I would first look at user's activity (piddaa logs in once or twice a week, that's usually not enough). Then at performance of his team (piddaa plays mostly default tactics with 3 defs and now you are surprised he uses it in NT?).

Do you honestly think I voted for him?

Dont realy know wats happenes, but he did a good job with Israel and qualified to the WC last season,
you want me back ;)? lol

After romanian first NT coach presence there, and with a good squad, they are now just in 38-th ranking position.They losed even last match with weaker marked Slovenija.
So, don't try to demonstrate that Scottish youngs goes so well with that user.

I am not saying he is the best coach ever, only that he is a decent one. And I think that piddaa's problem is not the lack of experience, but the lack of interest.
