Anybody would like to candidate for the hungarian main NT? The election is still open. (At least my vote). :)

We have great players and pakosteve doesn't take part in the election.

Latvia NT looking for experienced manager. 5 days left til deadline!
Previous manager did a great job and qualified with small Latvia for WC!! Unfortunately, now he leaves us to try take over Romania NT. We have poor activity in election. Only u21 manager showing serious interest to take over Latvia NT ...... but he didnt show anything with u21 and i am sure, that users from Latvia waiting for better candidate to give him a vote!!!!

Is'nt problem with Arsene, he is a very good manager.I know him, i played against with my Hungary.
But at the U21, when you have less user number, its shown on results, much more than at first NT.
Is very difficult to make results with an U21 NT, when you try this into one 41 users small country, where are just a half of users(or less) who have junior team and where a lot of players are wrong trained.Dont could you qualify an U21 team to WC, if you dont have players for that!I think, your objectives are very high to a team like U21 Latvija.
Could you have even first class manager, he does'nt could make wonder team with small/wrong skilled players.

of course, i am not talking about wc qualifing! I'm talking about games against similar or weaker opponents. And the results were weaker than it should be (in my view) For example, as the game against the Philippines (zero chances in a match) game against Al Maghrib (only five attempts to score a goal, lower average mark against such a weak opponent) game against Prathet Thai (5 deffenders, not score, opponent ranked 76) When he took over u21team, the team was about 40 rank, now the rank is about 60. It may be that with Senior NT Wenger would fare better, but the tactics and the results I am not convinced.

I understand now, there could be a problem.Probably he play with to much defensive tactics.

ah well, I candidated. Why not :)

My english is horrible... but I am sokker since 2009, I have experience working as a scout largest selection of Colombia as the sub 21, I'm interested in any Dt selection and play a good role!
