The term subscription was used even before the monthly payment option, a lingiusitic mistake it would seem. When you go to buy options it shows you different payment options for one-time/monthly payments and it was mentioned from the start that PayPal won’t be available for the monthly payments option.

They should fix the paragraph that you mentioned (and the one before it) because it is indeed misleading due to using the term „subscription”.

check if you can find some similarities or solution (although I doubt)

but check if there is all ok with the card - are there enough money to pay? is the card you assigned valid (the date on the card has not passed yet)?

at least those are two possible reasons that payment didnt work and are resolve-able by you

other reason might be that during renewal try there was some connection problem between tpay and your bank

well, devs checked it to the point it can be checked (as I told you, they see the error info as sth like '65 - Payout frequency exceeded') and they state it's problem with your card, You state that it's Sokker issue and none of you wants to do anything more, so the problem kind of get stuck

This means nothing, maybe you had lower amount spend last month, or different number of transactions done, or higher limits or whatever. This error code clearly says that it's your bank that refuses the transaction due to your card limits.
Did you even check your card settings?
