Thema: Plus problem
sorry, probably read it on phone or I was too tired to respond and forgot about the message afterwards
Ok, no problem!
=)
anyway, what do You see on the new graphs (e.g. when You open new squad view and click on skill)?
I don't think I understood your question very well, but I'll send another image as an example.
The image in the previous message does not give me the option to check previous training, I cannot go back to the graph page to see the training when I was 22 years old, for example.

I believe your players' training history (older than 10 weeks) got deleted from database when you had no plus. Most likely on Thursday when entries for new week are created, it would make sense to do the removal of old database entries alongside the creation of new ones. Or maybe it's done every day, I don't know :P
Sokker stores last 10 weeks training history for non-plus members, so that's why you got some history, but not all.

But the right thing to do would be to have all the images saved, as I have been a plus subscriber for a long time.
On the plus page itself it says that when subscribing again, you would not lose your chart history.
Are you telling me then that we can't go without subscribing to Plus for a few days because we would lose the images?

It won't be resolved, old data of your players got deleted from database.
I don't understand why they deleted the data because it was only a few days without Plus.
The Plus assistant's caption states that he wouldn't lose.
So they're lying to us? =/

Plus page also says it only have 10 weeks of data on graphs
So I guess it was like that in the distant past: 10 weeks of data is saved for all players, but that info is shown only for users with plus, and if someone gets plus then he immediately has access to that 10 weeks history.
And then they started saving training history without limit for users with plus, but for non-plus users history older than 10 weeks would still be deleted, and they didn't update plus page texts.

They didn't do this to you on purpose, it's not like devs clicked the button to delete your history.
It's just how it's programmed, probably one simple DELETE statement on database that cleans old training info entries for all non-plus users, automatically done on morning update.

Yes, I'm not saying that this was done just to me, but I don't understand why deleting this data, given that it is so important to the user.
One of the advantages of subscribing to Plus is precisely having access to this data, so why delete it?
If there were several months or years without subscribing to Plus, I would understand, but only a few days?
This doesn't make sense to me and I feel harmed.

I used bank payment just like before many many times, but nothing is happening. I have send email to admins@sokker.org but they are not responding. Any help somewhere?
I paid to account PL59 1140 2004 0000 3002 8036 0729.
