I also posted it in moderator forum, in our thread to admins, no reply..... i am sorry on your behalf that there hasnt been done anything, but i as a moderator, can not do more..... :(
Administrators of the game have no powers at all to resolve Plus problems. If you have problems with Plus payments, you should write to sokker@sokker.org and not to admins (as written in the Plus rules).
Administrators of the game take care mostly about applications and enforcing the rules. We are already quite overwhelmed by the amount of work we have to handle at the moment (mostly related to the application flood). We cannot guarantee fast reply times under current conditions - especially if we have to handle tasks beyond our competence.
Most of staff members over here are helpful. If you want to discuss some problem (or just ask for something), it might be a best shot to contact an administrator directly by a SK-mail (if it really needs a touch of an admin). The best shot would be to contact the administrator responsible for your country. Like this, your mail will not mix up with loads of spams and will likely be answered much faster. But please, do not contact more than 1-2 admins directly - if multiple admins would solve the same thing, we would be made even busier ;-)
As for the Plus case, you could contact us of course. But please do so as a latest resource. Firstly, as I said, we have really limited powers here. Secondly, please do not unnecessarily increase our workload. We are just enthusiasts, we are doing our job because we like the game. We are not receiving any money for our service and we have also other things to do ;-) Contact therefore those who are responsible for these things - write to sokker@sokker.org ;-)

And i Like and have supported the Game over 8 years, but it is not normal to wait 2 weeks fir your plus option. I reacted properly and paid my prolongation early enough before expiration. Still n-o reply , neither hier nor Per e-mail. A yes or a no would have been enough .

I know you guys can't do anything about it, but staff has more options to contact DEVs as users do. But indeed, sokker@sokker.org is an option to send mail, but if I was a user with a Plus problem, I would send mail and use contact box (all options) specially if I paid for Plus and didn't get it after a couple of days.

More than a month later, kreator has the same problem, he paid but he hasn't "plus".

What annoys me - is I cannot set Tactics (via Chrome)
It needs to be sorted out - as Sokker will always be the loser if not resolved

It´s a problem of Chrome. Chrome changed some parameters and has some problems with sites using flash.
What annoys me - is people, who start sentences with the phrase "What annoys me..." (like you and me) and then complain and spread unfounded rumors, without having asked before or without having used the "search"-button.
How about, next time asking, instead of judging?
PS: Use the search button to find the solution about it - it was reported more than 10 times in the forum. It should be very easy.
