I recently tried to buy Plus, but the transaction was unsuccessful
Yet, the money are still reserved on my account and I can't use them
I wrote to admin@sokker.org, but no response
Is this a sokker problem, dotpay or my bank?

The adress should be admins@sokker.org, it is possible that this is the reason why you did not get response. Only devs can handle this so maybe again an e-mail to admins@sokker or use the implemented messaging system: here to contact admins that can contact devs. :)
It probably has nothing to do with sokker itself and most likely is a problem with the connection between your bank and dotpay.

I used the form actually ;) an answer like "it is not up to us" would have been sufficient...

@Kivivalvur Ropka wasn't me, but probably you will get a message telling you that you should post this in bugs/ideas forums.. I think it is a good suggestion to finaly implement that.
@bobomk well admins have to give that further to devs, but it can take a while until such things are processed (communication goes: users --> admins --> devs --> bank --> devs --> admins -->users) :D But I do understand your concern. It is not nice if you get no answer and have no idea why you don't get plus :(

I also have a plus problem and nobody, except Geg, helps me..:(
my problem with plus is that it isnt stopping adverts in the top bar anymore - that hot chick keeps appearing :)

But do you have see those adverts all the time or frequently? Because sometimes (and I mean really sometimes like once a week for only a couple of minutes), I see adverts at the top as well.

today was happened same problem...Keşlə wants to buy the plus and he has paid money (22 pln)...but has not recieve his plus...
