Thema: »7170 managers in Sokker!
Marketing is not the problem
It will help but only a bit
The problem is a VERY low % of users staying long-term.
Most new users log in never or once.

I wouldn't assume it's to do with advertising. I've seen a user boost in previous seasons where people are waiting for the season to end before signing up again.
A good INTERACTIVE tutorial could help, something like: do this and earn some money, do the next thing and earn some money, step by step learn Sokker. Many apps have this option and it works.
And in the end get a managercertificat, the first 'award'.
At least then they know where to find the options tactic and line up, and how to use it!!
Nothing wrong with learning some basic steps, eventhough it can push managers in a certain direction by learning them how to find the right players on TL, how to get a right headcoach, how to select players for training, etc.
And give better players from start, like 15 players, and a few good basic tactics (like these 5, 442, 532, 541, 451 and 343). After learning how to select the tactic and make a line up, it should be more easy to play the game.
But I can post this, nothing will be done with it. Devs have no idea what problems newbies have, or do not care. By ignoring the problems, less and less managers are left.

And fix translate stuff!!
Towarzyski is still above my match overview.

That would help of course, also it should have a reward after every step (you improve the stadium etc.) and a main reward at the end, it's more efficient then.
But it wouldn't change the fact that most people log in never or once and then leave the game after seeing how outdated it looks.

First they need better players. game give 25 players and they are %99 useless.
Again and again it is building on top of the old, without fixing the obvious problems; how to keep new managers.
But maybe that is the problem; whatever is changed and updated, they won't stay. Maybe even after a real update to make it all look 2024.

Yes, there was official data of this some time ago, the number of users staying vs registered was terrible
Remember that in old days there were easily +100 new users registered weekly only in Poland.

I have started to track how many of the new users are really active. I have defined three new user-groups for this purpose:
Engaged Newcomers
→ Joined 14-90 days ago, active within the last 7 days.
These users definitely have the potential to stay with the game in the long term.
Fading Newcomers
→ Joined 14-90 days ago, active for 4+ days post-registration, inactive in the last 7+ days.
These users have tried the game for some time, but seem to have given up after a few days or weeks.
Unengaged sign-ups
→ Joined 14-90 days ago, no login after the initial 3 days.
These users merely registered and made no serious attempt to familiarize themselves with the game.
Below you can see the statistics for the countries with the highest number of new managers:
