Well I waited for Saimon answer and he just wrote me as won't be Continental Cup this year. So the 3rd option can be okey. Mostly the NT Coaches voted the 3rd option. South Africa didn't answered yet.
But I feel one group without random rolling and without group advantage. I support too the long AFCON with one group+playoffs. That is 6 votes. So it seem to be the 3rd.
